Fashion Week New Orleans is now going year-round. Vernon boutique will provide looks for one of the Fashion Week New Orleans style shows this summer at the W Hotel.

This summer, FWNO teams with the W Hotel to kick off a series of free style shows, with the W’s rooftop pool as a chic backdrop. The first show will be Sunday (June 3) night from 6 to 8, featuring sweet seersucker dresses by Jolie & Elizabeth, other summery styles from Hemline boutique and suits from Swim N Sport. Handling the beauty duties will be Niki Walker Salon.

Looking ahead, the July 1 event will feature the edgy-urban-bohemian designs by New Orleans native Leah Bauer, as well as swimwear by designer Michele Marcombe and looks from Vernon boutique. Glenn Michael Salon will take care of hair and makeup.

On Aug. 5, clothes by designers Kano Branon, Alicia Zenobia and Elise Doran will be in the spotlight, and Keith Noonan Salon will handle the brushes and blushes.

All of the shows will be held at the W, 333 Poydras St. No doubt the scene will be packed with the city’s stylsters, so word to the wise is to get there early. Space is limited. Click here for details.
